Youtube

If you ask me "what is your favorite website?", I'm gonna have to think for a while for the answer because I'm always on the web so it's kind of hard to pick my favorite one. But if I really really have to pick, I will pick Youtube (youtube.com).

Youtube is a place where you can discover, watch, upload and share videos. This website was created by three former PayPal employees in February 2005 (Chad Hurley,Steve Chen, and Jaw Karim). To be able to upload videos, you have to be a Youtube user, in this case it means that you have to sign up for an account. You have to be at least 18 or older to sign up for an account.

If you just want to watch videos, you don't really have to sign up for an account (in this case, you are an unregistered user). Unregistered users may watch videos, and registered users may upload an unlimited number of videos. There are so many categories or types of videos for you to watch.
Some examples of these categories are: how-to& style, comedy, music, blogs....

The categories that i like to watch are comedy and music. I like to watch videos in the comedy category because i always find the videos to be really funny and really entertaining. And about the music, I could always find the new music videos to watch. The special thing about it is that i always discovers new stuff that i really never noticed before, the things that i wouldn't want to miss seeing.

Dumplings

Do you ever eat dumplings? And do you know what it is?
Most of you will say no! So, even if you don't know what it is, keep reading and you'll eventually know what it is...

Dumplings are cooked balls of dough. It's made with flour, potatoes, bread or matzoh. Occasionally, it's included with meat, fish, or sweets. The extraordinary thing about it , is that it can be cooked in so many different ways. They may be cooked by boiling, baking, steaming, simmering, or(my favorite way) frying. There are so many flavors of dumplings, they may have filling, or there may be other ingredients mixed into the dough, and what's more surprising is that it may be sweet or spicy.

Dumplings don't only exist in so many flavors, it's also exist in so many cuisines all around the world. They are European cuisine, cuisine of the United States, cuisine of the South America, Asian cuisine, and Middle-Eastern cuisine.

Asian cuisine dumplings are my favorite, especially the Chinese and Korean cuisine. There are so many of types of Chinese dumplings.

Jiaozi is the name of one type of the Chinese dumplings. Jiaozi are generally consist of chopped meat and vegetables. Jiaozi are usually boiled or steamed. This dish remains to be a traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year's Eve, the 5th day of Chinese New Year, and special family reunions.

Japanese's Cutest fashion Ever

When it comes to the word "fashion, the word "kawaii" popped in my head. A lot of people get confused that kawaii fashion came from Korea but the truth is, it came from Japan. Before I get into the whole kawaii fashion, I want to tell you what the word kawaii means first...

So, what is kawaii?
Kawaii is a Japanese word. Kawaii refers to lovely, cute, and adorable. The word kawaii isn't used just for describing trend, it's also use to describe toys, appearances, behavior, makeup style and a lot more things.
Even thought it's a Japanese fashion, people all around the world (especially teenage girls) follow this craze.

This fashion emerged in the 1970s not as a fashion but as part of a new style of writing. It started to become into vogue in the 1980s by Japanese idols such as Seiko Matsuda. The fashion is very cute. The fabric of the clothing usually comes in either colorful or sheer or light colors such as baby pink. The shoes doesn't really matter in this fashion , it comes from very flat sandal or flip-flop to really high shoes (mostly wedge shoes). Giant bow or flowers is usually attached to the clothing.

People who used this kawaii trend usually is trying to go for a doll-like approach. These people mostly wear makeup. The makeup typically look okay in photos but if you actually meet these kawaii girls, you might be creep out by them ( if you never saw them before). This makeup look required over-sized circle lenses, which can make the eyes look extremely big.

The hair also matters. It's mostly dyed to a very light color. Curling the hair or teasing the hair will make a big different, making you look more into kawaii fashion.. A hair accessories will add a nice touch.

One of the idol that is popular for this fashion trend is Tsubasa Masuwaka (one of the most popular Popteen kawaii magazines). She has made this craze even more cute and more adorable...

Note: I know this post is long but I hope you have enjoyed reading this (A LOT)!!!!!

Jessica's Special Secret

Night was an extremely restless time for Jessica. It happens when she's ready to turn off the light and finally dream again--She's suddenly anxious to go out and find an adventure. One night, as she lay there in the dark, she heard a sound, right as she was about to drift off. She ripped off her sleeping mask and looked around angrily, trying to locate the sound. But there was nothing that could have made the sound.

Then, her wardrobe glimmered to life. It was a huge wooden affair, almost too big for the large wall that it sat against. At first, she thought it was just light shining on one of the wardrobe doors, reflecting back in a way that refused to let her sleep. But it was late, and neither the sun nor the neighbors were up.

She scrabbled for her glasses on the nightstand, but they fell to the floor. The strip of light was clear, and everything was there with as much clarity as if she had her glasses on. When her eyes adjusted to the dark, the light suddenly looked like the shape of a man. Her eyes widened. Was it a ghost? She looked away, closed her eyes, and fell suddenly asleep.

Every night after that, she would sometimes see
the light, and sometimes it would stay dark in her room. But every night, light or no light, she always saw something new. On one of those night, what looked like a man shrouded from head to toe in dark sheets stood next to her bedroom's windows. His arms were stretched out like a zombie, and only his eyes and hands were visible. The hands were balls of glowing light, and the eyes were a small glowing strip in his black dark face.

These spirits came back to watch Jessica. Like animals know an animal-lover, they must have known that Jessica likes ghosts and spooky things. It's her special secret.

Bad Experience in Life

The head teacher came into my class and told us all that our teacher was sick today. "Therefore, I am going to choose a student to teach the class today" he said....

To my surprise, he chose me!! So I went up to the whiteboard and started to introduced myself. "Hi, my name is Kimna. I'm going to be your teacher just for today, so please bare with me because I'd never been a teacher before" I said. I was actually really nervous when I introduced myself to the class but I did it anyway because it was my job for that day.

I started the teaching a while after I introduced myself to the class. I had decided to teach a grammar lesson. I taught the " Narrative tenses". In the middle of the teaching someone shouted out "you're a bad teacher". When i heard that I was about to start to cry because I'd put so much effort trying to teach and my feedback was someone saying that I'm bad!!!
But i didn't cry. I stopped the lesson and started to tell them that they can go on the blog and post a blog about anything. But only a few people listened to my direction. Most of them went on different websites to play games. This had gotten me into an angry situation. I had gotten so angry that I started to shouted at the class. "Can you be anymore worse than this guys?" I shouted loudly.I shouted so loud that even the head teacher could hear me upstairs and came back downstairs. He didn't say anything to me. I think this is because he knew that i was super super angry.

After a couple of minutes, the head teacher told me to go back to my seat and calm down. The head teacher started to introduced a website mainly for girls because the girls had been more better than the boys. He said that the boys can do anything they wanted to do if they still don't want to listen. The website is a dress-up and makeover games. It had ended up that not just the girls enjoyed the website even the boys did.

This was the worst thing that had ever happened to my life. Even thought it's bad but I've learned from it. The lesson that I learned is that being a teacher is not my thing and that being a teacher is not so easy.

Bad John and Henry

John and Henry are best friends. They are both 14 years old and both in 8 grade. John is a bad student but Henry isn't as bad. One day John asked his mom to buy him a new CD player but his mom said no because it's too expensive.

That night, John kept thinking about the CD player that he really wanted. After a while he started to think that the only way to get it is by stealing. So the next day, he tried to convince his friend Henry to go help him. Henry refused but after an hour he agreed because John was bothering him too much.

That evening, John and Henry went to a shop and stole a CD player. They both ran out of that shop really quickly. This made the shop owner curious so the shop owner ran after both of them. John and Henry thought that the shop owner can't caught them because he is an old man about 50 years old. While thinking, they both have forgotten to look at where they were going and trip into a woman who was holding her groceries. They both cramped their ankles.

The shop owner caught both of them and sent them to the police station. They both got in a very very big trouble. The police called their parent to come and bring them home after they both accepted that they were wrong to do such a thing like this.

Bad News (gotta read)

Hi

Did you know the latest news about Facebook?

Well,if you didn't then you might be a bit surprise!!!

Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will be shut down in March. Managing the site has become too stressful. Zuckerberg went on to explain that starting March 15th, users will no longer be able to access their Facebook accounts.“After March 15th the whole website shuts down,” said Avrat Humarthi, Vice President of Technical Affairs at Facebook. “So if you ever want to see your pictures again, I recommend you take them off the internet. You won’t be able to get them back after Facebook goes out of business.”

Zuckerberg said the decision to shut down Facebook was difficult, but that he does not think people will be upset.
The Facebook Corporation suggests that users remove all of their personal information from the website before March 15th. After that date, all photos, notes, links, and videos will be permanently erased.

On some websites, they said that Facebook won't be shutting down.

I'm not sure about this but this is just something I wanted to let you know......
Anyway, we just have wait and see....
If they don't shutdown, don't blame me because I'll run!!!

Invisible Activities

My friend's name is Sivchhe. She made an invisibility potion. An invisibility potion is a kind of liquid medicine that will make you invisible when you drink it (in case you don't know what it is). Anyway, Sivchhe and I are g0ing to drink this potion tomorrow. Isn't it so cool to be invisible?

There are lots of things both of us are planning to do. But for today, I am only going to tell you what I'm planning to do. The first thing I'm going to do is to go and scare my sister away. The way I'm going to do this, is to wait until night comes and pretend to be a ghost. I will go and pick something up in front of her and wave it in the air. I know this is a mean thing to do but it's because she was mean to me first, so she deserve it.

The second thing I'm going to do is to go into an ice-cream shop and eat as much ice-cream as i want . The reason for me to plan to do this, is because I can never get enough ice-cream to eat, so this is the one and only chance that I can eat as much ice-cream as I want and it's for free (I really love eating ice-cream).

The last but not least is go on a free tour vacation. I'm going to get on an airplane that will go to Korea. I will go in and sit in any seat that isn't taken. After getting off the plane, I will follow all the other people to places that they go.

Overall, I think that I think too much about my own benefits from the things I'm planning to do because all the things that I am planning to do would only make me happy but not others. So , I hope that you guys don't hate me for all of the things I am planning to do when I'm invisible.

Have fun and I'll see you later!!!

P.S :If I have any mistakes, please tell me so I won't make it again...
